14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Peech within 14 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.

After 14 days

After the 14-day period, subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Renewals

If you forget to cancel before a renewal charge, contact us within 48 hours and we will issue a refund for that renewal as a one-time courtesy.

How to request a refund

Email timothyvdw@gmail.com with your account email and reason. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will always work to resolve issues fairly and promptly.
